Founded in August 2005, Dextera provides provide program management, records management, and consulting services for local and federal government agencies. Dextera employs over 75 people in multiple states and the District of Columbia. Dextera puts ingenuity, experience within the government contracting environment, and entrepreneurial spirit to use building strong and collaborative relationships with its clients.
15 Years and Counting
Centreville, Virginia – June 16, 2020– Dextera was founded 15 years ago with a single contract and the simple idea that you could build a company from the ground up by exceeding customer expectations. From this starting point, our ownership team led the way in building a culture based in three tenets: the customer is first; fairness in business practices; and ethical actions…always.
Since then, Dextera has grown by leaps and bounds, recognized as a standout both through contract awards and industry recognitions. We’ve achieved year over year growth while maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding customer expectations. As we celebrate today’s milestone of 15 years in business, I look forward to continuing our mission, the next ten years, and beyond! April 3, 2015, McLean, VA – Dextera Corporation (Dextera) today announced that it was selected as a finalist for the Seventh Annual Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) Awards. The SECAF Awards Gala is the premier commemorative event honoring small and emerging government contractors and the players in the industry that rely on small business. The winners will be announced at the gala on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Hilton McLean in Tysons Corner.

Dextera Receives DHS 2015 Small Business Achievement Award
Centreville, Virginia, April 16, 2105: Dextera Corporation is proud to announce that we were recognized today by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with a 2015 DHS Small Business Achievement Award. This award, presented at the 11th Annual DHS Small Business Ceremony on Thursday, April 16, 2015, recognized Dextera for our outstanding work in support of the DHS mission in FY14.
“This award is not a self-nomination,” says Dextera’s Founder, Lincoln Daut. “I see this as a truly prestigious award because it’s recognition from our customer for the outstanding work that we do. We are very excited to accept this award on behalf of all our employees that support mission critical work for our customers, it’s a reflection of their hard work and tireless dedication”
